"The genesis of Payrin dates back to a chance encounter in the Paris metro on a winter night in 2019. As I was starting my adventures in the capital as a trainee, I was struck by the sight of a young woman lost in her music, in her own world.
Her movements, rhythmically driven as if by 90s American rap, sparked an insatiable curiosity in me: What was the melody that carried her away like that? That unanswered question was the trigger.
Back home, an idea sprouted over a sleepless night: to create an app that not only lets us discover the music that moves others but also share our impressions and reactions. And so Payrin was born, built on the idea that a simple melody, overheard in the anonymity of the metro, could weave connections between music lovers and celebrate the diversity of our musical tastes.\" - coFounder
